Date column format duplicity?

Date column format duplicity?
Does anyone happen to know what is the difference between the two date formats that red arrows point to? They appear to be exactly the same.

Depends on locale and regional settings. Here (Germany, my computer) #1 and #6 are the same.

Also the format of one can be tweaked from ini file and other is set by system. Isnt it?
