Toolbar to Run Script 2

Hi all!,

Don, welcome back, I see that you already posted some comments so could you please give us your opinion about this thread (Toolbar Button to Run script)?:

Actually, I was asking if it would be possible to include in the next beta release one or more buttons in the toolbar to associate them with scripts. No need for customizing icons or whatever yet (I know CTB is underway), just a script quick trigger. I'd really appreciate this to compile autohotkey scripts.

Don has already spoken in that thread. Please do not post a wish about a wish, that messes things up. If you want to bring a topic to Don's attention then please post in that topic, i.e. the one you linked to in your message.

In any case, I didn't realize that Don had replied already (I thought he was on vacation). Anyway, I guess that my wish is not going to be implemented then.

You've opened the thread you linked to on the 7th of July and Don replied twice on the same day in it. Please don't jump to conclusion that your wish will not be implemented. It will be, because CTBs are on the roadmap, but I do not think they will be part of the next beta or the one after. In the meantime, there are keyboard shortcuts that can be used to trigger scripts, I use them every day. Please have a bit of patience, I am sure Don is aware of the excitement CTBs have generated
