This works if you right click a folder in the tree.

I'd like it to be a right click option anywhere there is a folder, and if its a shortcut to a folder, open the folder the shortcut points to in a new tab.

is this possible now?

Not possible now as context menu, but you can hold shift and double click on a folder or shortcut and it will open in a new tab.

Not possible now as context menu, but you can hold shift and double click on a folder or shortcut and it will open in a new tab.

Open folder in a new tab from the context menu would be very useful, also nice to add the option to open it as a background tab.

this was implemented before using middle click mouse button, but was removed at this time, hopefully it will be back soon.
