Sorry, I guess I didn't make myself clear enough. I used XYplorer extensively in the past so there are, as you said, many other file types for which I used it. The problem with thumbnails for Canon's "CRW" raw format came up when I inherited my brother's Canon G6 and started generating numerous raw files. At first I used XYplorer for all the other type files and WE for raw files. This continual switching among two file manager programs eventially became onerous, so last June I stopped using XYplorer except occasionally for specialized tasks such as changing all the file names in a folder.j_c_hallgren wrote:You're telling me that you don't have any other file types besides these problem ones on your sys that XY could be easily used for?
