Lock size of the info panel

It would be useful if we could lock the vertical size of the info panel. Often, it's easy to accidentally grab that handle and pull the panel up.

I'm a bit surprised that you find it too easy to increase size of IP, as it's been more common for users to not be able to find the magic spot (on the divider line) to do so...personally, I have the four IP size related icons on toolbar and tend to use those to set my desired size, and that works well for me.
