Back up not working as expected -- please advise

I set up a user command to back up my c:user\xxxxxx\documents folder to a specified location on another drive.

I get 195 files over written and 4100 "failed for other reasons." All other reported counts are zero.

When checking the target it looks like 926 files were backed up in the first pass.

Please let me know what I am doing wrong.

I am not sure why it did not work. Have a look at the Backup feature in the XYwiki and create a log file to find out what went wrong. Hope that helps.

Well, it is working now, but I am not sure what changed about the situation.

When I got home today I decided to run the backup user command again and the results showed that all the files were already there.

But the backup results dialog yesterday said differently, as did the "properties" of the folder.

When I ran it today it showed all those 4000 and some files as "not overwritten" AKA already there.

Weird.
