I think Lock Tree is breaking the behavior of up when at the root of a network location.
Going up from "\\ExistingServer" takes me to "\" when Lock Tree is enabled, but it correctly goes to My Network Places with it disabled.

Not sure if this behavior was present with the previous incarnation of this option or not.


And slightly off-topic, is there anyway to prevent the list from losing focus when you browse to a location that doesn't exist (perhaps by a tweak)? It can be a bit annoying when you are browsing through network locations, hit one that doesn't exist, and then have to change focus because Backspace is no longer a shortcut for Up.

Backspace is no longer a shortcut for Up: no, the focus cannot be on the list. You mean it should rather move to the tree than to the address bar? (if that is what happens)
