Hummm...so now there's the ".AU" variant on it?

We've been discussing it in this other thread (which probably should have been in Reviews section): http://www.xyplorer.com/xyfc/viewtopic.php?t=2694

BTW, the US vers is now on Digg! So we're getting even more publicity from it! See http://digg.com/software/Five_Best_Alte ... e_Managers

If your're a Digg'r, give it another vote, ok? (I'm not into that yet.)
Still spending WAY TOO much time here! But it's such a pleasure helping XY be a treasure!
(XP on laptop with touchpad and thus NO mouse!) Using latest beta vers when possible.

Just curious, how much of a traffic increase has the website seen because of this...especially now that the Lifehacker article is on Digg?

Nothing spectacular at all: several hundred visitors more than usual.

This should be added to the wikipedia page as another 'notable' reference.

If nobody beats me to it, I'll do that sometime in next day or so...

Just spent a bit of time reworking/updating links...added dates of publication and such...had to remove one as broken (newpaper now requires payment to retrieve archived article that old) and it was basically a blog pointing to another of the links anyway.

Thanks!

Although it might have been nice if somebody apart from "Whr76" did some work on that entry... ... looks like XY has only one supporter.

Agreed! But we need to have someone who will keep any changes "under control" and given that I was the one who got entry restored, I don't want to lose it again...though I could work thru someone else, I guess?

Not sure if that would work, I'm just a friendly wiki user.

Well, I suspect that you changing the article would be considered a "COI" (conflict of interest) given your relationship to product..

I'm possibly on the borderline, I'm guessing, so having another forumite who's not quite as active here as I am be the WP updater would be better yet, I think...
