Add custom brightness/colour for highlight hovered items

I find the setting to Highlight hovered items in General>Menus,Mouse, Usability>Usability very helpful. Unfortunately, in my setup, the highlight increases the brightness of light grey rows so little that it is not visible to my eyes.

It would be nice if we could customise the highlighting of hovered items, e.g. by adjusting the brightness increase and/or the colour (like for the selected row).

(Edit: This is on v28.40.043 x64, scaling 100%)

(Also, I opened a fresh instance to see if my customisations broke the highlighting feature, and I don't see Colors and Styles>Highlights & Dark Mode>Grid style>Zebra Stripes working? There are no zebra stripes in the list. Did I miss something there?)

+1 XY already allows to customize lots of visuals and this one should be on board too.

What do you think about the hover highlight customisation, wouldn't it be a nice addition to the glow up?
