:info: Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).

:info: We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.

In XY x64, scripts assigned to mouse buttons do not work.

Post by KLASS »

I assigned the left mouse button to run scripts for both XY 27.20.1509 and XY 28.30.2502. Both scripts are identical ("Registry Finder" open """hstart64.exe"" /nowindow ""schtasks.exe /run /tn RegistryFinder""";). The script works on XY x32, but not on XY x64. It reports that the hstart64.exe file was not found, even though the hstart64.exe file is present both in C:\Windows and next to the XYplorer.exe executable.
To see the attached files, you need to log into the forum.

What does this have to do with mouse buttons?

open "hstart64.exe"; works fine on latest x64 beta if that tool is inside the XYplorer folder...

That's the recent SC open bug. Fixed in v28.30.2504.

It stops working once you supply command line parameters.
