List scrollbar position stops at 32768 in large folders

List scrollbar position stops at 32768 in large folders

Version: 28.30.1901 (64-bit)

In a large folder (40,000+ files), pressing End causes the list to correctly jump to the last file in the list. However the scrollbar on the right stops somewhere above the bottom of its tray. When using the mousewheel, the visible screen position of the list leaps back up higher. Arrow keys and end/home still work as expected, but touching the mousewheel up or down always returns the list to the earlier position. The exact position it returns to appears to be 32768, which is conveniently the max size of a signed short (or one off).
