focued button in confirmation dialog since glow up

Hi Don,

since glow up, which does look better - good idea, thanks -, now in a confirmation dialog, e.g. when I paste a file somewhere: "Copy 1 Item Now? ... Continue with the operation?" (see image) the OK button does not seem to be focused immediately. I have to hit tab twice for it to get focused.

The problem is that I would like to hit space to confirm. Enter works immediately, but I don't want Enter, I want to press space.
Since I am used to that for long time, I assume that it worked before glow up. Only since the new design I noticed that space does not work anymore - it does nothing, unless I hit tab twice beforehand.

Nah, I may have unusual font size and row height / spacing settings (in list view) but that's about it. I think.
