Cant drop and drop Web links from browser

I recently updated my XYplorer from v27.10.06 to v28.30.2100. I use the portable version. When I upgrade the app I just extract the new folder to my portables folder then copy all of my settings and data files over from the previous version (for the most part). For the settings.ini I don't copy and overwrite the file i just open both in NPP and copy and paste the text settings while leaving the new comments (usually outlining the version and other misc. data) at the top alone.

Prior to this upgrade I used to be able to drag and drop web links from chrome into a any folder in XYplorer, creating a web shortcut, but after upgrading I no longer can do this. I've tried dragging and dropping the links when running XY in normal mode as well as in administrator mode but neither allow me to drag and drop any web links any more. I'm sure this is not a bug or anything serious and it's most likely something with the settings or some other minor issue but either way I'm not sure how to fix, so I need help. If anyone knows how I can fix this issue if you can kindly reply with instructions on how to fix this it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and appreciate the help. Thanks.

Works fine here.
Tested with Firefox and Microsoft Edge.
Of course in Normal mode of XY and the browsers.
With XY as Admin Windows will prevent drop from app running with normal privs.
