Breadcrumb dropdown scrollbar missing?

The breadcrumb dropdown used to have a vertical scrollbar, but now seems to be missing. Is there a setting or tweak for this?

In this example, the Windows/System32 folder has many subdirectories, however the dropdown list is no longer scrollable:

Oh yes, good find! That goes back to changes in v28.30.1301 - 2026-06-29 16:14. Needs a fix...

Scrollbar is back in version 28.30.1314 thanks again. I do note that I'm unable to scroll the bar just by wheel, instead I have to grab the scrollbar and drag. I am pretty sure I used to be able to just use scrollwheel on hover, is that possible?

Also just noticed, pressing a letter to automatically move the dropdown scroll list to the first item beginning with that letter also no longer seems to work, instead, it scrolls the listview behind the dropdown.
