Stops and moves

In a folder containing files of 200 jpg's in details view from the top of the list keep the down arrow pressed for a long time rarely while going down or top it stops and then moves

Please use clearer words to describe your problem.

And also, please read the reddish part at the top of this forum between the two "READ THIS AND DO IT" lines and follow the instructions stated there, thanks.
