:info: Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).

:info: We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.

1) "Portable devices" is ticked in Configuration | General | Tree and List | Items in Tree and List | Select Items...?

2) Did you already try a fresh instance? (Just rule out configuration errors.)

You first didn't see it in FE, and now you do? What happened in between?

Now I'm not seeing it. It turns out it was an artifact for a previous connection, probably by USB cable.

I wonder if I'm supposed to be able to see the phone on the PC when it's connected by Bluetooth. If I should be able to do it then something's not working. Tomorrow I will test with a USB cable and see if I can see it on the PC under those conditions.
