Assign KB shortcut to Portable Open With (POM)

I want to assign:
Enter = First item in POM
Shift Enter = First Second item in POM list
Alt Enter = Open with Default OS app
Is this possible?

There is no command "First item in POM" or "First item in POM list" (what's the difference?).

The third one exists:
Miscellaneous | File Operations | Open Selected Item(s) with OS Default

Sorry, I meant "Second item in POM list"

Not possible. There is no command "Second item in POM list", and neither a(n easy) way to do this by scripting.
