Hi,
Is there a keyboard shortcut to move to next match when using type ahead find? I instinctively press F3, but that is a different function..

You have to set it up manually by default, so use
Tools | Customize Keyboard Shortcuts...
and set it to #1075, and you can setup previous match too using #1076
