Live Filter box Paste & Delete/Cut change in behavior

I'm not sure if this is a bug, but the last couple of Beta versions have behaved differently for me in that the Live Filter is not immediately updating the file list when I either paste into or highlight -> delete/cut from the input box. If subsequently, I type in or delete a character then the update will occur. Previously, the addition or subtraction of a character was not necessary.

I'd probably just brush it off as being an issue because it's running on this old weak hardware if it weren't behavior on the same machine.

Update: Further testing reveals the behavior is not 100% consistent. Though it persists the majority of the time. There are rare occasions where it works as it Used to prior to noticing this new behavior. I'm guessing since Win10 is no longer under support from Microsoft that there is less focus on maintaining total compatibility, and honestly it's merely a minor inconvenience... nothing critical.

Beta versions of what? 64bit? 32bit?
The exact version number would also be helpful.
