:info: Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).

:info: We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.

Error -2147023741

Post by zakhar »

Hello, dear XYplorer Community!
XYplorer v. 28.10.0300, Windows 11 Home 25H2, Screen 125%.
Today I have installed XYplorer v. 28.10.0300 portable over XYplorer v. 27.20.0900 portable.
If I select two or more files *.pdf and *.txt and make a mouse-right-click on them
I receive error messages - see attached files.
In a fresh instance, it does not happen.

Could you translate the Russian part after "Desc:"?

I don't see this issue here, nor can I explain it. If the issue doesn't occur in a fresh instance, you may be able to identify the cause by comparing the setups.
