Show preview on hovering icon no longer working for plain text files.

Go figure (info only). I disabled the Monaco preview handler in Power Toys File Explorer Add-ons and rebooted, and now I get this with text get("previewhandler", "txt");

I've had the same bug for a while, now using 28.10.206, but I have been convinced I'm to blame, my config's experiments, etc.
It's also showing up in my XY32, 27.20.0800, my 'mostly' the same config side-by-side comparison, even through a number of new beta's for both 64 & 32.
Plus I just upgraded to Win 11 from 10 yesterday, and the bug is still there in both 64 & 32, go figure...
I do have Pwr Toys installed, but haven't chased in that direction.

Rather than guessing what tech stuff might help, (and it appears Don is well aware), I'll comment on this note Don made..

2) there are conditions for this bug, some files work, some don't

I've been looking for the diff between files showing ok, or just a small blank box. It seems connected to the width of the text inside, not overall size or content.
If the txt file contains very wide content, even just one line, it fails to preview. Anything with lines more than about 80 characters (roughly) somewhere in that range are invisible to the preview.
Of course, I'm not positive about this, because of pretty limited testing...

Has this fixed beta been released yet? Just wondering if I'm having issues with my fresh install not updating or whether it hasn't been put out for download yet.
