:info: Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).

:info: We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.

the sorting just isn't right

Can you narrow it down to a particular file?

please look at the screenshot i sent above. 128 kBit/s bit rate should be the first one instead of 1006 kBit's being the first. and i'm pretty sure that there are more than two files causing the error prompt above, but due to time, i've only found two.
here is the layout.

1) Error: Did not receive any file.

2) Sorting: set this to Natural: Configuration | General | Sort and Rename | Sort | Sort method

1. please check out email whose subject is 'one music file causes error in xyplorer' or 'an attachment causes error' in support@xyplorer.com
2. i've already set it to Natural, but the sorting problem still persists.

1. wrap it in a zip and attach it to a post here in the forum

2. what are your regional setting for thousand separators? is it a comma? eg. "1,000".
