1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).

Startup & Exit > Save Settings > Apply To...

Post by WirlyWirly »

Code: Select all

XYVersion: 28.00.0800+
Windows: 10
ScreenScaling: 100%
Hello,

I just bought another gift license, and while configuring it for them, I noticed that I can't commit the changes for any of the checkboxes in Configuration > General > Startup & Exit > Save Settings > Apply to...

Enabling/disabling the boxes, hitting 'Ok' (XY window flickers), and then re-opening the same Apply to... window will show all the boxes in their previous state.

I'm trying this with a fresh xyplorer64_full_noinstall.zip of v28.00.0800, though I can also reproduce the behavior in my personal config running the latest beta, v28.00.0905.

***UPDATE***
Must be an underlying issue, because I'm seeing the same behavior in other dialogues such as...
  • Configuration > General > Trees and Lists > Items in Tree and List > Select items...
  • Configuration > General > Menus, Mouse, Usability > Context Menus > Folder Tree...
  • Configuration > File Operations > File Operations > Background Processing > Apply to...

You got it! The same issue was also underlying the "Recent locations..." bug in the other thread. Fix comes.
