Slow Loading,Caching,...Hash values (Column) of Files in a Folder

A very useful Feature would be displaying Hash Values of Files in a separate column

At Present Hash Values of all Files in a folder are recalculated every time user enters a folder
and this could consume lot of time for big files or large number of files
(making persistent hash column a non-feasible option in regular use)

Can option be provided to (~ Intelligent Hashing)

1. Cache hash Values Just Like Folder Size Values - (Handy Recalculate Hash Values for Stale Ones on User Request-option)
2. Slow Loading-Calculating of Hash Values (User Might want to Exit before calculations of Hash Values for Files in a Folder!)
