Gallery View : speed difference Image vs Video

In Thumbview and Columns : [ Label Path Name Tags Comment Index ]
All thumbs are generated

with 10K - 50K Images ( png jpg psd eps svg txt ...) loaded , scrolling is fast and responsive

with sub 1K Videos ( mp4 , full hd ) scrolling its not as responsive like few hundred ms delay , feels saggy

why ? pretty sure some unnessecary background processes are slowing things down ...

edit : saggyness is only true for Youtube downloaded MP4 Files ,,, any other file format is crisp and fast .
does the Filename cause this ? i assume some Emojis or "|" characters cause the issue ?

What Emojis?

I don't see any delays here when scrolling through cached MP4 thumbnails.
