How to display colored emoji in Tags?

I found a screenshot from a different user that was using emojis as tags, and this is what it looked like:

So I tried doing the same, but this is what it looks like on my box (Windows 10):

I already tried setting the "Segoe UI Emoji" font as instructed here, but nothing changed.

Good question. Doesn't work here neither.

MacType https://www.mactype.net/ works in XYplorer menus (showing left and right click menus). I haven't tried it on tags. It can be installed in a number of different ways, and it can be enabled and disabled from the tray.
