True. It had this:

Code: Select all

[HiliteFolder]
Count=1
1=D:\P R O J E C T S\>000000,643200
I didn't think that the path was important..

Not sure how you got there, but for the default color you need both to be 000000: 000000,000000

And if you toggled Highlighted Folder off and back on as I told you the problem would have disappeared.

What I did was
1. Remove the highlight
2. Re-highlight the folder and then
3. Change the background color with Right click>Mark>Set Highlight Color..

noembryo wrote: 05 Oct 2025 15:23 Maybe something in the Color filters would be nice.
Something like

Code: Select all

attr:highlight>..
I don't get it.

Well, Color filters let us customize the colors of the text/background/box frame of files/folders.
By adding an attribute of highlight (as is the case for junction, compressed, etc.), we could add e.g.

Code: Select all

attr:highlight>B3B300,444444

to customize how the highlights will be displayed, or even

Code: Select all

attr:highlight:2|sb>B3B300,444444
which might not make sense since I know next to nothing about the formatting of these settings.. :oops: :D
