ThumbsOverlay extended

currently i use

conf("ThumbsOverlayContent", '<prop #Tags><crlf><crlf><crlf><crlf><crlf><crlf><prop #Tags>' )

to create a pseudo overlay for inactive items when in ThumbsView.
Would be great if we could extend the Colorfilter Rules into this Overlay and possibly without the <crlf> hack.
Reason is that Colorfilter are great in Listview but in Thumbsview they loose their visual strength against the Thumbs .

possibly in conjunction with Thumbnails style (Border , Frame) that could equaly inherit the Colorfilter Rules

might be overshot , but i like when info just pops into the eye )
