Probably a new folder template you tweaked in [NewTemplates]. This has nothing to do with Custom Copy. :?

Can Custom Copy be used for copying a template? That was my question.

Could be an option. Or one could use what is set under File Operations also for templates.

You're right, it does not work with CustomCopyFlags=2048. This flag only affects the copying of files, not of folders. So, copying junctions as junctions is currently not supported.

PS: Note that XY can generally copy junctions as junctions via clipboard and "Edit | Paste Special | Paste As Junction(s)".

I couldn't let it go and worked on it all day. With success! Here's what you'll get tomorrow:

Code: Select all

+ Custom Copy: You can now copy and move junctions natively as junctions, meaning they
will remain junctions and keep their original target. There is no longer a need for
third-party tools. This feature works for directly selected junctions, as well as
      those deeper within selected folders.

Did you try it? Did it work?

Note that UI settings and background processing will not come very soon. We have to wait until a couple of things are fixed in tB.
