Highlights words when we type on present tab

Hi all .

Here i need a help from you, that when i type on tab that has many mixed contents, we type first letters of the file, that we are looking for, so it will highlights, but it only highlights the starting letters of the files or folders, is that possible to highlights letters even in the between?
