unfortunately it's not fixed
have a look a slowmo video I took with my phone that shows XY starting up. Still getting flashbangs at start and with any window open (like Config for example)

Your video is using orig XY, when Don mentioned it being fixed I think he meant in the new x64 ver, you should try that.

Dark Mode is ON system-wide

Startup white flash was gone
but now it is back. I don't know exactly with which version it had came back but it is certainly again present with 28.00.0567
