Now Kaspersky think XYplorer as Trojan.Win32.Cryptagent.fpq And IT won't do anything because they don't use XYplorer

I don't use Kaspersky, but every AV program I have ever used or trialed has the ability to whitelist the offending file. Do that with Kaspersky and be done with it.

You know how rigid those IT people can be! "We're not going to whitelist something that our AV app is flagging as a virus even though it's a false positive." <sigh.
