Hi, for the past week I've been having problems moving files. First Problem: Sometimes nothing happens, and I have to shut down the app and re-start to transfer the file successfully. Second Problem: Often the file transfer status window does not open, even though the file(s) are clearly being transferred (they disappear from the Drive or Folder sequentially and when I check the Drive or Folder the files were transferred to, they are there). Third Problem: Sometimes when I transfer files to another location, the file appears not to have been transferred, but when I check the intended recipient location, it is there BUT now I have two identical files: the one in the original location and an identical file in the transferred location! It didn't transfer the file, it copied it to the transferred location. Even stranger, half the time when this occurs, each of the separate identical files will open (for example: .exe or .mkv) - and the other half of the time the file still showing in the original location will not and then the app freezes and has to be shut down.
I'm running Windows 11 Home, and I'm not experiencing any problems with other apps. I ran a Windows system file check and there were no errors detected. The XYPlorer version I have is 27.00.0660
These errors reoccur often but randomly, with no predictable pattern.
Please advise,
Lark

2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).
We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.

Re: Inconsstent Errors When Moving Files
The latest Windows 11 has a bug where the progress dialog for file operations does not appear anymore. Until they fix it you might try XY's Custom Copy (Configuration | File Operations | File Operations | Custom Copy Operations | Use Custom Copy).
