Antialiasiing on icons

I'm using 256x256px icons (the old glass folders from Vista). Even when Large Tiles is set to show 256, it still shows some jaggies:

Any way to improve this?

Not really. The drawing is done by Windows. If they look better in Explorer then probably they have a different size there.
