'Open with' Button, No Generic Application Icons

In the configuration menu -
general / refresh, history, icons / icons
-->use generic icons for super fast browsing -->Apply to all controls
These settings do not apply generic icons to the "Open with.." button in the dialogue bar.

When the "Open with.." button in the dialogue bar is clicked, there is a wait, sometimes 10-15 seconds, for it show the dropdown menu of apps. This delay only happens the first time the button is clicked after XY is run on a new computer. It happens for each file type. I imagine the delay is from retrieving and caching the app icons somewhere. If the app icons were cached in an XY dir perhaps the app icons would be just as fast as generic icons.

I am using XY as a portable app and my configuration of many apps (10-20) to open some types of files is a contributing factor to the delay.

I think it's a small oversight but if there is a fix through a configuration item that I missed or need to turn on, please let me know.

BTW, if specific icons are so slow it's probably caused by AV. Exclude XY from AV to enjoy some speed.

Thank you for the fix. Been using XY daily since about 2011 because of updates and support like this. All the best.
