3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).

Text appears truncated as in image when I use font size of 11.25

11.25 is really beyond the limit where the layout starts to break (if you need larger fonts, you should increase the text scaling in the Windows display settings). But I agree that this dialog should be improved.
