Mouse Down Blow Up of folder thumbnails stopped working after update

I just updated from 26.50.0300 to 26.90.0200 and noticed that Mouse Down Blow Up stopped working?

I have XYPlorer set up so when I right-click on a folder thumbnail, it will pop up a large preview of the thumbnail. That worked in 26.50 but stopped working in 26.90, instead it just shows the normal Right-click popup menu. Right-clicking on image file thumbnails still work and popup image preview.

I downgraded back to 26.50 and it started working again.

I've noticed the same problem recently. Right clicking on a folder thumbnail opens the standard menu instead of a bigger view of the picture.

I've now done some tests, and it should be easy to reproduce:

I've used the following versions freshly unzipped:
xyplorer_27.00.0100_noinstall.zip
xyplorer_26.80.0409_beta_noinstall.zip

With both versions I've just checked the following options on the "Mouse Down Blow Up" page:
- Centered
- On left mouse down
- On right mouse down
- Stay up

With the older version it works, with the newer one not.
