Egnyte Drives not showing in XYplorer

I just downloaded the trial version of XYplorer and my Egnyte drives area not showing up in the software. Is there a setting or something that I need to change in order to see the Egnyte cloud drives? Otherwise this file explorer is useless to me.

These are virtual folders pointing to some real path. XY can add such folders to the tree if it knows the real path. Do you see something at %localappdata%\EgnyteDrive?

They actually showed up after a reboot. I'll test a couple of more reboots to make sure that the Egnyte drives show up consistently. Thank you for your reply.
