Only some folders generate all thumbnails

Hi All,

I've been playing around with this software for a client and when using the software it works great, loads thumbnails as the client wants but there are some folders regardless or local or network storage it will not load thumbnails of the images, refreshing the thumbnails does nothing either.

It will also usually load the first thumbnail and nothing else, refreshing the thumbnails does the same thing. I have attached my settings & two folders that have/haven't synced the thumbnails.

Any assistance would be great

The non thumbnailed files in the second screenshot look like symlinks, do the actual source files exist?

    * Thumbnails: Now only files that are physically present on the local machine will 
      display a thumbnail (unless thumbnails are present in the thumbnails cache).
      Reason: For cloud files, creating a thumbnail would trigger an on-demand download, 
      which is usually undesirable.
      If you're okay with on-demand downloads you can tweak them back like this:
        ThumbsOnCloud=1
