hi all,
Not sure if it's already implemented, if not, it would be so useful a tool that would not cut the tab name or at least selectively prioritize which tab name to cut based on the latest access? So that the tab name which I usually access the most, stands up?
Is this function or something similar already available?
Same for this other feature, is it possible to have more than two horizontal tabs grouping? So that I can spread my tabs more evenly?
optimize tabs naming and recognition?
Re: optimize tabs naming and recognition?
Neither of these two.
Why don't you just give that preferred tab a different icon that stands out?

Re: optimize tabs naming and recognition?
@alxdvc you have 3 options:
- use custom icons (as highend proposed) for most used tabs
- use coloring of tabs (same as above, may stand-out more)
- if you (for some reason) drastically want it automatically marking most used tabs = dive into XY scripting + CEA on tabs change, and it might be possible.

Em...
Right click a tab, Rename Tab, the dialog provides info for adding an icon
and right clicking the tab, text foreground / background color?
