Delete to use Recycle Bin

Post by GamaRex »

How can I get the delete command to use the Windows recycle bin. I've searched through the commands and the help, with no luck. This seems like an obvious question, so the way I'm looking for it must be wrong. Thank you.

Thank you. I had that option checked. I also had the warning option checked. The problem was, when I started to delete a file, it would ask me "delete 1 item now?", and I read that as being that it was going to delete it permanently, so I didn't continue. I see now that if I go beyond the first step, it does confirm that it's going to the recycle bin. Maybe I could suggest for a future version that it make that recycle bin action clear in the first step.
