1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).

:info: We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.

Recheck your MDBU settings in Tools > Configuration > Mouse Down Blow up. You can have a left mouse click only blow up a thumbnail when the mouse button is pressed, and you can assign a simple click of the right mouse button to have the thumbnail blow up and "stay up" (i.e., without keeping the right mouse button down).

No issues here. Have you tried MDBU in a "fresh" instance? Do you have any other software running (e.g., mouse (Logitech) or automation (AHK) or anything else) that could be conflicting with your mouse behavior?
