Folder colors
Stupid question but what do the folder colors signify?

By default these are: yellow=ordinary folder, red="access denied"-folders[don't know why you have so much], blue=folder that has no any files inside but has some sub-folders. Just in case you activated them accidentally, you can configure or switch that off in Tools > Custom File Icons (bottom of list).

The icon colors in your screenshot are not the ones of the default icons.
Did you modify them?
