Scroll Bars

I cannot seem to figure out how to get the scroll bars back. Any and all help with this will be appreciated. I am on XY 26.40 and Windows 11 Build 26100.1742

They are only visible when required, are you sure they are missing?

Dbl check your view mode via menu. View | Views

But I want them to show all the time, They Used to. I looked at view views and it shows nothing about Scroll bars??

I don't know what you changed in your Windows settings or what tools you are running,
but an actual Windows 11 only shows scroll bars when needed.
