I'm not sure what is the source of this bug or if its even a xyplorer bug.
that said, after installing win xp sp3 i've noticed the following apparent bug in xyplorer, when doing file operations like renaming a folder/file thats in "My Documents" folder theres a very noticable delay thats not there using windows explorer at all or with xyplorer in other locations.
also if that renamed file/folder had unicode characters in the name theres a popup window warrning from xyplorer "Note that UNICODE characters will NOT be preserved in the new name!" (You may press ESC to cancle the rename)
using xyplorer 7.00.0000 (stable release)

3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).
We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.

That UNICODE message is gone since v7.10.0000. And in 7.20.0000 -- finally! -- you will be able to edit UNICODE characters just as in Explorer.
