Intermittently Not Refreshing

Using 26.20.0200 on Win10.

I'm hesitant to say this is a bug, but rather something I'm missing in the configuration, or some other user error or expectation.

Every not and then, but not 100% of the time, when I more a file or files from the list (drag and drop, context menu move to) the file(s) in question do indeed move. But the list does not refresh to show that the moved file(s) is no longer present. It will update if I move out of the directory and back to it. Or if I click on the file. My method for drag and drop can be dragging from the list to another directory (or sub-directory) in the tree. Or it could be drag and drop to a desktop icon which contains a directory, either in the same or different partition.

Trying a fresh instance seems to work as expected but the issue is so intermittent that at this time I can't say with certainty fresh is consistently working as expected.

Suggestions?

Yes, I admit that sometimes Windows works in mysterious ways. I quess we'll leave it at that.
