Re: When I have countless tags, how should I organize them to make them more organized and easier to find
I have a system where I run a script to generate a bunch of paper folders for each "pattern" (string in filename in my case, but I guess you can make the search based on tags).
Then you can browse the contents of your tags/labels just like a folder structure.
I suppose it's not much different to what you have now, with the tags in the catalog. But in my case, since it's all pictures, I can place a thumbnail for each pattern in a folder, then setup a CFA so that double-clicking the thumbnail opens the relevant paper folder.
Don't know if I'm making much sense tho

The catalog can be grouped manually, use script commands, for example in the location:
Find items containing the tag "test".
Code: Select all
::tab("new", '%computer%?tags:"Test"')Windows 11 24H2 @100% 2560x1440
