:info: Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).

:info: We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.

Thumbnails truncated inconsistently

Post by dep7209 »

Testing xyplorer. In first 10 minutes, I had the thumbnails view inconsistently truncate the full file/photo...some showed the complete photo (see 9111 and 912)...others were blacked out for about 30%....why not show the full thumbnail for all? Weird.

Weird.
- Are you running just one XYplorer instance?
- What happens when you refresh the list (F5)?
- What happens when you refresh the thumbnails (Ctrl+Alt+F5)?
- Are you using caching (Configuration | Preview | Thumbnails | Cache thumbnails on disk)?
