I read the change log,and their meanings are not written

You need to look at the -OLDER- change logs, not the current one. I found one of your tweaks quite easily by searching.
v20.30.0007 - 2019-08-24 19:24
+ Added tweak to control the Flexible Status Bar feature (v19.80.0120 -
2019-03-25 18:44).
StatusBarFlexyWidth=1
Factory default and previously hard-coded value is 1. So now you can turn
it off. Might raise it to UI later.
