Custom File Icons rule not working

Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).
We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.
When attaching an Image, please use the Attachment tab at the bottom of your post and click "Add files".

Re: Custom File Icons rule not working
Thank you for your response. I've identified the issue: the rules work when freshly added but fail when updated from an older version.
I'm not sure when this problem started, but I can confirm that version 23.30 works fine.
I checked the XYplorer.ini file and found that the problem is due to the space between "\" and ">" which was previously allowed but is no longer supported.

Re: Custom File Icons rule not working
Very good!
Since 20240121 flanking spaces are not tolerated anymore. But this was never intended, just a side effect of some optimization (like 99% of all bugs
). It will work again in the next beta.
